Your Proustian madeleine? Gluten in all its forms. A baguette every morning. Pancakes every weekend and, very often, pasta feasts…

Your favorite family? The March family. I’d love to know what it’s like to spend a weekend playing Barbie and making braids. Just once, for a change from ninja games and football matches.

Where do you have lunch as a family? At home with lots of friends, or we’ll go for ribeye and homemade fries at Acôté.

What does an afternoon snack with the family look like at your house? At home, with friends, the kids, strawberry tarts, chouquettes, mugs of coffee and a bit of chaos!

An activity that’s anything but ordinary with the children? Traveling. I love taking them far from their everyday life (and ours), introducing them to new smells and different flavors, and breaking our routines together.

A recipe you can whip up in no time? The classic: a large dish of al dente orecchiette with tomato sauce, peas and broad beans, topped with a handful of fresh arugula and halved cherry tomatoes.

How do they get away with murder? By making me believe that 10 spoonfuls of chocolate spread on a brioche isn’t that much, especially when it’s accompanied by 14 spoonfuls of cocoa powder in a mug of hot milk…. All with an angel’s smile.

They make a big deal out of it when…? We don’t say hello to them or if there isn’t a picture on their T-shirt… (they’re a bit rigid).

A favorite product from “À la Mère de Famille”? The dark chocolate bars I collect and adore. (And that my husband devours secretly every evening).

A gift for ALMF for its 255th birthday? A shop in my building.

As Annie Cordy used to say, Cho KaKakao, if I give you chocolate, what do you give me? My other hand, so I can have a little more, and I’ll call my children!
