Your Proustian madeleine?

A glass of yellow wine from the Jura. My paternal family comes from there, and my grandfather's cellar always impressed me. Every time we eat at my parents' house, we drink this very distinctive wine. So when I'm served some elsewhere, it's always a pleasant surprise. A childhood, a region and the people I love in a glass, that's great, isn't it?

Your favorite family (besides your own and ours)?

The Simpsons

Where do you have lunch as a family?

At Petit Saint Benoît, on rue Saint Benoît in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés. An institution! It feels like home, I even have my own numbered napkin ring.

What does a family snack time look like at your house?

Chocolate bars in orange blossom brioche.

A pretty wild activity with the kids?

Skateboarding, surfing, skiing... anything that glides, goes fast, is scary and lets you see the scenery.

A recipe you can make with no trouble at all?

Fish burgers. I don't eat meat and I'm terrible at cooking, but at least I'm good at this. Well, I think so.

How do they give you a hard time?

By making "cute little suricate faces" as they say. It's not very cute, but it's very funny.

They make a big deal out of it when...?

... I don't have dinner with them for several days in a row.

A favorite product from "À la Mère de Famille"?

Orange blossom marshmallows covered in chocolate! Crazy! Everything I love concentrated in 2 cm cube: marshmallow, orange blossom and chocolate.

A gift for "À la Mère de Famille" for her 255th birthday?

A collab with LUI. Ready for an "À la MILF" edition?

As Annie Cordy said, "Cho KaKakao, if I give you chocolate, what do you give me?"

An invitation to come and eat them with me.
