We were eager to introduce you to the marshmallow otter!
Beneath its generous shell of dark or milk chocolate, as delicious as it is crisp, our artisanal vanilla marshmallow is ultra-light and incredibly fluffy.
Always on the lookout for new ideas and recipes, we designed our otter and perfected its recipe, wonderfully combining the sweetness of vanilla with the aromatic notes of our signature couvertures:
– Signature 36% milk chocolate made from a subtle blend of cacaos (Madagascar, Haiti, Venezuela) with sweet flavors and notes of caramelized milk
– Signature 65% dark chocolate made from a subtle blend of cacaos (Madagascar, Haiti, Venezuela, Ecuador) with woody, honeyed, and yellow fruit notes
