Our new chocolate lollipops
À la Mère de Famille welcomes new members to its chocolate clan: chocolate cat, dog, bear, otter and frog, perched on their sticks, waiting to be nibbled.
We crafted this collection of lollipops from A to Z. Because mastering everything ourselves, from the initial idea to the making of the chocolate, including the animal sketches, allows us to let our creativity run free and enrich our collection with new products whose very aesthetic is Maison.
Maison-made
The lollipop bar is made in our workshop using our “signature” couvertures, crafted from a subtle blend of cacaos:
- 65% dark chocolate — Madagascar, Haiti, Venezuela, Ecuador: woody notes, honey and yellow fruits.
- 36% milk chocolate — Madagascar, Haiti, Venezuela: a sweet flavour with notes of caramelised milk.
- Ivory chocolate: deliciously indulgent with its milky notes and delicate natural vanilla aroma.
