An artisanal water ice cream made with 100% French varieties
Mixed and launched last summer by Paris's oldest chocolate shop, Papino is back in freezers with new recipes made exclusively from fruit selected in France.
Of course, À la Mère de Famille makes chocolate, but that's not all, the Maison also specializes in making its ice creams, sorbets, and water ice creams. Thus, each Papino is the result of artisanal production in the Maison's workshop and a rigorous selection of the best ingredients, without the addition of coloring, flavoring, or preservatives.
Fruit, fruit, and above all, good fruit!
Four highly aromatic and refreshing flavors are available to discover, including two new ones: Williams pear from the Haute-Provence region, soft and slightly tart, and Lorraine mirabelle plum with IGP, juicy and sweet.
And we still rely on Mara des Bois strawberries grown in the Rhône Valley, as well as Blanche peaches also grown in the Rhône Valley.
So this summer, head to À la Mère de Famille shops to rediscover the wonderful taste of our summer holidays.
