Souvenirs de notre chasse aux oeufs 2023

Memories of our 2023 egg hunt

On Wednesday, April 5, we held the 8th edition of our great Easter egg hunt. After the Tuileries, the Palais-Royal, the Musée Montmartre and the Pavillon Puebla at Buttes-Chaumont, it took place once again this year in the magnificent Rodin Museum gardens, for which we are very warmly grateful. What a privilege to be able to welcome you to the most beautiful place in Paris! On top of that, the sun was shining and good spirits prevailed. It was wonderful, thank you.

The Rodin Museum, which is always keen to share its venues, had come up with a little scavenger hunt led by museum guides and a drawing workshop to add a cultural dimension to the event and introduce young people to Rodin's sculptures and universe. Future artists in the making?

In addition to the traditional egg hunt where colored eggs could be exchanged for chocolates at the À la Mère de Famille prize-giving stand, our partners had put together some very fun workshops.

La maison Petrossian organized its now highly anticipated duck fishing game. Fun and very fruitful for some lucky ones… While Père Castor offered a creative workshop for children of all ages, where they made masks. Big cats and other sticker animals paraded proudly in the garden!

The atmosphere was festive! Our friends from Ed Banger gave Tamaya Sapey-Triomphe free rein to create a mini disco, an illustrated installation made from recycled cardboard that pays tribute to Rodin's work. The egg hunters grooved to the electronic music.

Our rabbit mascot was a huge success. Grabbed, stroked, hugged, kissed, cuddled, photographed… We will never be able to do without it again, especially since it offered little praline eggs, yes, yes!

Between two announcements and reminders over the megaphone, we had the pleasure of listening to the fanfare "Les vilains chicots", which played all afternoon. What an atmosphere with the music spreading through the museum gardens.

A HUGE THANK YOU to the children and parents who came out in such great numbers to hunt for eggs! Thank you for your enthusiasm, your encouragement and kind words!
Thank you to the entire team at the Rodin Museum as well as to our partners! With a combination like this, it is undoubtedly the best egg hunt in Paris, isn't it?
