Paris's oldest chocolate shop launches its podcast.
In this intimate and lighthearted format, we welcome inspiring guests for an afternoon snack in the secret dining room of the historic boutique on rue du faubourg Montmartre. It's an unfiltered conversation with mouths full, because here you're allowed to indulge, and the meeting begins right in the middle of a chocolate raid to stock up on treats!

Each guest arrives with someone who matters to them, someone who has influenced them or to whom they have passed on a certain vision of the world. For one hour, we talk about bonds, memories, memorable meals, and what is passed on without even thinking about it.
Watch out for the first episode, airing on September 18...
Then new episodes will be available every third Thursday of the month.
Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Deezer and Amazon Music.
A monthly duo-hosted show
For this first season, because the desire to bring as many people together as possible is visceral at À la Mère de Famille, Steve Dolfi, co-owner of the Maison, is joined by Déborah Pham*, who combines journalistic expertise with a deep appreciation for taste. The duo welcomes personalities that both the host and the journalist want to hear and have speak about transmission. Encounters chosen to feed their curiosity and that of everyone who will soon be listening to this monthly show.

Behind the scenes
We have been simmering this project for months. To turn our desire into a reality, we had to define the theme (rather obvious for our century-old family institution), assemble an independent team, think about the artistic direction, and imagine the theme music. Thank you to Nathalie Mattera for the production and Théo Albaric for creating our unique soundtrack.
The theme music was composed using authentic sounds captured in our factory. Because it is here, in the heart of our workshop, that all our creations come to life: from working with chocolate to the meticulous preparation of our pralines. Among the machines are the giraffe that tirelessly mixes roasted nuts and hot caramel and the papilloteuse with its regular clicks and metallic rustling that set the rhythm.
