Emilie Faure, a journalist at Le Figaro, is the mother of 8-year-old Léonard, 6-year-old Arthur and 2-month-old Marguerite.
Your Proustian madeleine? My grandmother's ultra-caramelised tarte tatin and my mother's crêpes... every morning before school. In my family too, the mothers are the ones who rule the kitchen.
Your favourite family (besides yours and ours)? The Royal Family, of course.
Where do you have lunch as a family? To the great despair of my sons (and especially their father), I have put my veto on KFC. We have lunch at Di Loretta for their pizza al taglio, merguez and roasted aubergines at http://www.merguezandpastrami.com/, or grilled red meat at Flesh. It's all in the 9th arrondissement.
What does a family snack time look like at your house? An extraordinary and delicious chocolate fondant, lovingly made and washed down with Oasis Tropical.
A fun activity with the children? A game of Pie Face.
A recipe you can whip up in no time? Chocolate mousse.
How do they try to pull the wool over your eyes? By making sure that chips are vegetables and that Happy Meal nuggets contain the proteins essential for their growth.
They make a big fuss when...? There is something green on their plate.
A favourite "À la Mère de Famille" product? Chocolate spread, the only one of its kind capable of dethroning its Italian rival.
A gift for ALMF for its 255th birthday? A father, she must be bored after all this time.
As Annie Cordy used to say, Cho KaKakao, if you give me chocolate, what will you give me? A hair on my finger!
