Your favorite family (other than your own and ours)? My friend Marion HISLEN's family, who created the Circulation photo festival. She has four daughters and two husbands. I love her house, the laughing children, the things lying around everywhere... There's a bohemian side that smells of love and a happy life.
Where do you go for lunch with the family? When I was little, we used to go to Lipp or the Drugstore St Germain to eat hamburgers. Then it was more Costes or Ladurée. And then there was a period I loved with my sisters, my parents, and our children at Fatima Hal in Mansouria. We ate couscous and milk pastillas. Now my mother takes us to Lili Wang. But otherwise, when I'm with my daughters, what we prefer is to go for a picnic at Buttes Chaumont.
At your place, what does a family snack time look like? Noise, shouting, balloons, party favors, glitter, candy, gifts...
A pretty tough activity with the children? Uh... When they are in a good mood, we go to Beaubourg or the Louvre with sketchbooks and draw artworks sitting on the floor. Otherwise, we go for a walk in the gardens and we sing, laugh, and dance without a specific goal.
A recipe you can whip up in no time? A yogurt or chocolate cake
How do you roll them in the flour? With hugs. Hugs are like chocolate, they make me crazy with kindness.
They make a big deal out of it when...? When I turn off the TV and forbid the iPad. I never get angry, I'm a super cool mom. But then, when all of a sudden I say no! It makes them feel very strange. Me too, by the way...
A favorite product from "À la Mère de Famille"? Actually, I have tons. Often in the countryside when I rest, I dream while leafing through the big book "À la Mère de Famille"... It's a bit my comfort book.
