For the new season, we are unveiling a new ultra-thin chocolate, inspired by the famous cement tiles of our historic boutique, an iconic venue with an enchanting interior since 1761.
Of incomparable finesse, the crunchy chocolate gives way to a soft filled center. Five designs offer five recipes that embody all the character and expertise of our Maison. A creation conceived from A to Z in our workshops by our master chocolatier, Sébastien Harault.
Coated in a dark or milk chocolate shell made from a subtle blend of cacaos with woody and earthy notes, supported by a slight acidity on the finish, the Carreaux du Faubourg captivate with the punch of the lemon caramel ganache, the crunch of the almond nougatine praline, the generosity of the gianduja, the creaminess of the flowing caramel, or even the intensity of the pure Peruvian origin ganache.
Enough to make even the most reasonable succumb!
The Carreaux du Faubourg are presented in two new boxes adorned with the facade of the historic boutique, listed as a Historic Monument.
