While chocolate naturally takes center stage in our artisanal ice cream creations (we never forget our first love), the Maison offers a wide range of ice cream flavors more than 30!in tubs, traditional popsicles, and 100% juice popsicles. Classic flavors (chocolate, vanilla, coffee, peach, blackcurrant, strawberry, raspberry, lemon…) and exotic ones (pineapple, mango, black sesame, coconut…) are joined by some truly indulgent variations. Because the secret to our ice creams and sorbets lies in our close connection to the factory an inexhaustible source of flavors and ideas. Just imagine… bits of “Écureuil Folies” mixed into vanilla ice cream with a caramel sauce, praline and caramelized hazelnuts encased in a chocolate shell, pieces of fruit paste carefully selected to be incorporated into our popsicle recipes, and fragments of calissons delicately paired with pistachio ice cream… Our wide range of creations is designed so that there’s something for everyone!

Dark chocolate passion
As chocolate lovers that we are, we have put all our know-how into our 70% dark chocolate ice cream, pure origin from Madagascar . As with our chocolate bars and candies, we select our cocoa beans ourselves and control each stage of their transformation in our workshop. Its tangy taste and red fruit aromas will… melt in your mouth, of course.

Vanilla, sesame, caramel and co, between sweetness and impertinence of flavors
Want something creamy to sweeten your day? Let yourself be tempted by our traditional vanilla ice cream , as tasty as it is delicate. Also taste our homemade vanilla ice cream with its generous caramel coulis and crunchy shards of squirrel follies : a delight, on my word as a gourmand! Not forgetting our unmissable homemade praline ice cream, glazed with caramelized hazelnut pieces. Just thinking about it makes you want to taste it!
We are also proud of our exotic black sesame ice cream . Directly imported from Japan, our sesame seeds bring a subtle smoky and woody taste. A treat not to be missed for lovers of off-the-beaten-track flavors.
Fruity sorbets as light as they are delicious
Here again, our homemade chocolate sorbet is one of the stars of the House. We make it with our signature 65% couverture, from a subtle blend of cocoas (Haiti, Ecuador, Venezuela and Madagascar) with woody and earthy notes, supported by a slight acidity on the finish.
Mango, strawberry, raspberry, pineapple, lemon… each fruit sorbet ice cream from the Maison is a true ode to freshness. They let the fruits express all their aromas, without ever giving up on the deliciousness or the exquisite combinations of flavors, such as lemon and citron. Our gourmet recipes are also available in Eskimo format for those who prefer to take things in hand rather than with a spoon.
Chocolate ice cream lovers, get ready to turn up the temperature a few degrees with our 100% chocolate ice creams, a creation under the sign of A CHANGER. Our ice creams, ice creams and sorbets are all made by our artisan ice cream makers in our Tours factory. With passion and precision, they carry out by hand most of the gestures necessary for the development of these frozen delights that make us frosty! Cutting the fruit pastes slipped into our ice creams, delicately mixing the fruit and water for our fruit sorbets, caramelized hazelnuts and our vanilla cream, molding our ice creams and pots, chocolate coating... For products as beautiful as they are delicious, we put all our know-how at the service of your pleasure!
