Préparation

  1. Prepare the marshmallow
Make a marshmallow. Mold it in a rectangular dish lined with parchment paper to a thickness of about 3 cm, then leave it to harden overnight. The next day, cut the marshmallow into cubes and insert a lollipop stick into each one.
  2. Coat the lollipops
Cut the freeze-dried strawberries into small pieces. Temper the dark chocolate. Dip each lollipop into the chocolate and drain it by gently tapping it. Sprinkle the chocolate with freeze-dried strawberries, then place the lollipops on a sheet of parchment paper. Allow the chocolate to crystallize for at least 2 hours at 18°C. Peel it off the parchment paper and enjoy.
