Aurélie Saada came over for a snack!
For this first episode of season 2 of the podcast À la Mère de Famille, Déborah and Steve welcome Aurélie Saada for a convivial snack where pistachio almond paste, her guilty pleasure, is bound to find its place.
As the conversation unfolds, we explore what nourishes and guides her: the benevolent gaze of her parents, which gave her the courage to dare, her way of enjoying life, without ever taking anything lightly. We also talk about desire and that energy that drives her to embrace everything: music, cinema, theater, cooking, psychoanalysis studies… Why this need to never freeze her desire in a single form of expression?
In short, settle in comfortably to discover this introspective exchange, ideal for opening this new season of L'heure du goûter!

Aurélie Saada
Born in Paris in 1978, Aurélie Saada is a French singer-songwriter, actress and director… but that's not all! Because, as she puts it, « we only have one life », she lets herself go and tries everything, even the stage and the kitchen.
After a stint studying law, she joined, among others, the free class of Cours Florent and quickly moved on to theater, musical shows, cinema, commercials, music videos... In music, she first sang alone under the pseudonym Mayane, before founding the duo Brigitte, driven by the successes of Battez-vous and the cover of Ma Benz, before taking a new step. In 2021, she wrote and directed her first feature film, Rose, then launched her solo career with the album Bomboloni in 2022, published Cuisiner le soleil in 2023, took the stage solo in Personne d'autre, directed by Daniel Benoin, in 2024, and created, at the end of 2025, Ravage with Gaspard Royant.
Aurélie Saada's selection:
Candy pumpkin, praline box, tablet praline and pumpkin seeds, praline rocks, princess almonds.

Every month, journalist Déborah Pham and Steve Dolfi, co-owner of the oldest chocolate shop in Paris, welcome inspiring personalities in the secret dining room of the historic shop. Each guest arrives alone, or with an accomplice, someone who matters, and it is around a generously laid table at "L’heure du goûter" that we explore what nourishes them on their plate, in their journey, and in their life. An unfiltered conversation with a full mouth to discover what shaped them, what still shapes them, and what is passed on without even thinking about it.
