Inspired by the gourmandise of the Dolfi family, the happy owners of the Maison, the ice cream makers have deployed all their know-how to develop a new collection of yule logs. Four recipes crafted with a desire for simplicity in order to give full due to the flavors and enhance all the aromas: blackcurrant, nougat, chocolate, praline, raspberry, candied chestnuts… Can you guess which family member is hidden behind their names?
