Your Proustian madeleine?
Floraline. A kind of semolina cooked in milk. It was my favorite dinner when I was a child. Even today, I eye my children's plate when I make it for them. With minced ham, I'm in heaven!

Your favorite family (besides yours and ours)?
Hank Moody and Karen's family in Californication. Completely crazy but ultra endearing.

Where do you have lunch as a family?
Where we can fit with our 2 strollers!

What does a family snack time look like at your house?
A homemade cookie workshop, the children's favorite cake. I like them crispy on top and soft on the inside. It's easy to make, the children can help (and take the opportunity to eat 3/4 of the chocolate chips) and in 15 minutes it's ready.

A great activity with the children?
A walk in the forest or at the zoo. I like when we can teach them things without even realizing it.

A recipe that can be made in two shakes of a spoon?
An omelet. It's foolproof and you can add lots of things to it.

How do they roll you in the flour?
When my eldest comes to see me, slips into my neck and whispers to ask me... for a cartoon or chocolate!

They make a big deal out of it when...?
There are no more macaroni in the cupboards.

A favorite product of "À la Mère de Famille"?
Chocolate-hazelnut spread.

A gift for À la Mère de Famille for her 256th birthday?
A gym membership? 256 years of chocolate without gaining a gram, you have to tell me the secret!

As Annie Cordy said, Cho Kakao, if I give you chocolate, what do you give me?
A big THANK YOU because I love it (especially the hazelnut one!).
