À la Mère de Famille marrons glacés are made using traditional methods, according to a
19th-century recipe!

Hand-wrapped, they have the authentic flavor of chestnuts.

Today, there are two recipes for marrons glacés

The classic marron

The chestnuts have a characteristic "Turin" shape, candied in a vanilla sugar syrup and coated with a thin layer of powdered sugar. They are soft and melt in the mouth.

They are distinguished from the Signature by their gold foil.

The Signature marron

The chestnuts have an elongated shape and are candied in a light vanilla sugar syrup, like the classic marron glacé. The difference lies in the result: less sweet, the Signature marron is also firmer.

Wrapped in bronze foil.
