Made with frangipane enhanced with almond cream, hazelnut paste, and our house-made praline, we have added crushed caramelized roasted hazelnuts and a few dark chocolate chips to perfect the indulgence of this dessert.
Without overshadowing the importance of its flaky, melt-in-the-mouth puff pastry.
