L’heure du goûter revient pour une saison 2

Snack time returns for season 2

265 YEARS OF HISTORY Reading Snack time returns for season 2 3 minutes Next 2026 Advent Calendar & Emil Ferris

After a first season full of discoveries, L'heure du goûter is back.

Nothing is ever set in chocolate.
For the new season, we're keeping the essentials—warmth, curiosity, and humor—while slightly shifting the boundaries of the conversation...

Each guest can arrive alone or with a confidant, someone who matters to them, and it's around a generously laden table at "L'heure du goûter" that we explore what nourishes them in their plate, their journey, and their life. A filter-free conversation with mouths full that turns around questions that will become recurring throughout the year's encounters to discover what shaped them, what continues to shape them, and what is passed down even when we don't think about it.

Watch out for the first episode, which will be released on October 15…
Then new episodes will be available every third Thursday of the month.

Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Deezer and Amazon Music.

A lively monthly duo rendezvous
For this second season, we welcome back the duo of Steve Dolfi, co-owner of the Maison, and Déborah Pham*, who combines journalistic expertise with a deep appreciation for taste. The duo hosts personalities that both the host of the Maison and the journalist want to listen to and hear speak. Encounters chosen to nourish their curiosity and that of everyone listening to this monthly rendezvous.

Behind the scenes
Since our business is family-run and independent, nothing is stuffy; we are rather convivial and very spontaneous by nature. We produce the podcast ourselves, no advertisers, it is recorded among us in the clandestine dining room above the historic shop: 35, rue du faubourg Montmartre - 75009 Paris. Since the idea is to talk with mouths full of chocolates, each episode actually starts in the store.

The theme music was composed using authentic sounds captured in our factory. Because it is here, in the heart of our workshop, that all our creations come to life: from working with chocolate to the meticulous preparation of our pralines. Among the machines, the giraffe that tirelessly mixes roasted nuts and hot caramel, and the papilloteuse with its regular clicks and metallic rustling that sets the rhythm.
