Two new À la Mère de Famille & Stohrer boutiques are opening…

More than two years after coming together, we are opening a new joint À la Mère de Famille & Stohrer boutique at 95 rue Cambronne and transforming the rue Lepic boutique.
Yes! We are opening our 14th boutique in the 15th arrondissement and taking the opportunity to install a Stohrer pastry counter there. Just like at Lepic.
At the heart of these new boutiques, with their now-recognizable green facades, the codes of our two Houses blend together, with our chocolates sitting alongside delicious pastries and travel cakes.

On this occasion, the Pastry Chef of Maison Stohrer, Jeffrey Cagnes, unveils an exclusive collection of “single-origin” chocolate éclairs made with our couvertures.
The House’s signature éclair is now surrounded by 75% single-origin Haitian chocolate and 82% Madagascar chocolate.
Sourced from fair-trade organic farming, the Haitian single-origin chocolate reveals an earthy, woodland flavor with notes of lavender, while the Madagascar single-origin chocolate reveals a touch of acidity and notes of red fruit. A winning combination.
