À la Mère de Famille and Stohrer open their first joint store!
The new home of our two historic Houses, which have been celebrating the art of fine food since the 18th century, is located at 35 rue Cler and brings to life the dream of the Dolfi family, who brought the two Parisian institutions together a year ago.
The small À la Mère de Famille boutique on rue Cler is moving a few doors down, while the legendary Stohrer pastry shop is crossing the Seine for the very first time!
This new boutique, which brings together for the first time Paris's oldest chocolate shop (established in 1761) and the capital's oldest pastry shop (established in 1730), offers an incredible selection of delicacies made by both Houses in their own workshops: chocolate
candies, pastries, spreads, confectionery, fruit pastes, ice cream...

Artisans have combined their talents to bring this 60m2 space to life, where the style of Mère de Famille blends naturally with that of the Stohrer pastry counter.

Behind the large green façade and gold-leaf lettering, the materials blend together with elegance.
Parquet flooring sits alongside the understated dark wood of the furniture and contrasts with the marble and light of a wall covered in custom wallpaper created by the Offard workshop.
